At ituneBD, we strive to ensure that every gadget and electronic item reaches you in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to protect your rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if the product falls under these categories:

Physical Damage: The product is broken, scratched, or physically damaged upon arrival.

Defective/Faulty: The product does not turn on or function as described (manufacturing defect).

Incorrect Item: You received a different model, color, or product than what you ordered.

Incomplete Item: Parts or accessories mentioned in the box are missing.
2. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement
Mandatory: To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure a smooth return, customers must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the courier poly-bag/packaging is intact until the product is fully tested.
Note: Claims for physical damage or missing items without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Return Process & Timelines

Reporting Period: You must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Window: The product must be returned to our office or via courier within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original brand packaging, with all tags, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are initiated only when a replacement for the same product is unavailable.

Refund Timeline: As per Bangladesh Bank and Ministry of Commerce guidelines:

MFS (bKash/Nagad): Within 3–5 business days.

Debit/Credit Cards: Within 7–10 business days (depending on the bank’s processing time).

Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund if the item is out of stock after you have made an advance payment.

Shipping Fees: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
5. What is NOT Returnable?

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item or “change your mind” after purchase.

User-Induced Damage: Any damage caused by electrical surges, liquid spillage, or improper handling by the customer.

Tampered Seals: Products with broken software seals or opened “blister pack” accessories cannot be returned.
6. How to Request a Return
