  • Not as Described: The product does not match the specifications or images shown on the website.

Mandatory Requirement: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your package. This serves as vital proof for any claims regarding missing or damaged items.

2. Return Window & Process

  • Reporting Time: You must notify our customer support team within 24 to 72 hours of receiving the product.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact).

  • How to Initiate: Contact us via our Hotline, WhatsApp, or Email with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos of the issue.

3. Refund Policy

We will initiate a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective or incorrect item with a new one.

  • Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund if the product is out of stock or if we fail to deliver within the government-mandated timeline.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued via the same method used for the original payment (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the shipping cost. If you change your mind (where applicable), the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken seals (for software, certain electronics, or hygiene-related items).

  • Items damaged due to misuse or electrical surges at the customer’s end.

  • Discounted or “Clearance Sale” items (unless they are defective).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to the courier.

  • After Dispatch: If you cancel after the product has left our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for the delivery and return shipping charges.
